Telehealth & Acupuncture Appointments
New clients can book online to schedule any telehealth consultation or acupuncture session. Additionally, clients can request an appointment time at OMBE by calling: 617.447.2222 or emailing: info@ombecenter.com. We recommend scheduling services in advance so that we may accommodate your schedule.
Acupuncture Health History
If you are a new patient, please complete the Acupuncture Health History sent electronically prior to your appointment. We encourage you to submit this form at least 24-hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you are unable to find the link to the form contained in the initial appointment confirmation email, please feel free to download the Patient Health History by clicking on the button below:
Payment & Cancellation Policy
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as methods of payment for services. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Thank you in advance for observing our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact OMBE in advance to avoid being charged in full for your scheduled service.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards can be used towards any OMBE service or retail purchase at our Apothecary. By purchasing, accepting, or using an OMBE gift card or package at any OMBE location or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Gift cards are limited to the current dollar value held on the card. You may obtain your balance on your card gift by presenting your gift card or contacting OMBE. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and can not be sold or returned. OMBE reserves the right to change its pricing, Apothecary selection, and services. Therefore, we can not guarantee the availability of specific services or retail items for purchase. All gift cards expire seven years from the date of purchase.
South Shore Location & Parking
We are currently accepting limited, in-person acupuncture appointments for our Duxbury office in the South Shore of Massachusetts. If you are scheduling an in-person session, you will receive an email confirming your appointment including travel information. Please contact us in advance of your appointment if you have any questions and we will be happy to assist you with parking and directions.
Due to Covid
Due to COVID-19, we have implemented many changes in the way we serve patients. Our office includes a new HVAC system with air filtration systems for individual rooms, a private bathroom for patient-use only, and plenty of fresh-air circulation. All initial health histories are sent electronically through our HIPAA-compliant booking system. Clients will be able to complete, sign, and email these forms and any other medical records electronically. Initial acupuncture sessions are scheduled in two parts: The initial intake completed via telehealth followed by an initial acupuncture session.
If you schedule your appointment online, please contact us if you need more than 15-20 minutes of travel time so that can schedule you accordingly. Clients will also receive an electronic COVID screening questionnaire, 2-hours prior to their next scheduled appointment. When you arrive for in-person appointments, we will ask you to notify us via text. Patients are required to wear a mask at all times. If you forget a mask, please let us know and we can provide one for you.
Our staff is required is wear an N95 mask as well as additional personal protection equipment according to current CDC, Massachusetts, and other regulatory board recommendations. Once you arrive at the office, we will complete a temperature check and ask you to wash your hands prior to entering the treatment area. We ask that other person accompanying you to the appointment follow these same procedures. Additionally, we are also using touch-free electronic methods of payment including all major credit cards to simplify our check-out process. These are just a handful of the changes we have made in response to COVID.
